HOW WAS IT STARTED?

Islamabad being the capital and emerging market for cafes missed out on a gap that was identified by Mr. Salman Wasay (Co-founder Chaaye Khana) and worked on the idea to come up with something new that will cater the elite living in Islamabad exquisitely.

The idea was to open up a cafe that'll mainly target working women and to provide them with a space where they feel comfortable to work and spend some quality leisure time. Chaaye Khana focuses on the convenience of its customers. Of course it is open for all but women are the priority for Chaaye Khana as they cater and give promotional offers on special days solely devoted to women like International Women's Day, Mother's Day etc.

As the name clearly states, Chaaye Khana is a place where tea lovers can gather and enjoy the amazing variety of tea offered under one roof. Moreover its not just about tea but even more variety of food. Since its operations, people have been coming more often to enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch, supper and late-night snacks. We have seen an increase in the number of people visiting different outlets of CK in Ramazan for Seheri throughout the whole month.  Chaaye Khana is everyone's favorite hang out spot in groups, meetings, family reunions, birthday parties, casual meet ups etc. At Chaaye Khana, one can find a fair amount of items on the menu to select and order from their menu. But over the last few months, we have seen an

expansion of items in the menu by Chaaye Khana to carry on with the promise of taste and quality.

Chaaye Khana serves women, their main target audience, with immense care and warm hospitality. We have seen a number of campaigns running at Chaaye Khana that include giving away complimentary Gajray and desserts on International Women's Day 2018, and more.
